Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
12 ounces of your favorite Ricky's Lucky Nuts All Natural Peanuts
2 ounces Peanut Oil
Directions
In a food processor combine peanuts and oil and blend until creamy. You may have to open the lid of the processor and scrape down the peanuts on the sides a couple times to make sure all of the peanuts get blended. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Use as a substitute for your regular peanut butter for extra gourmet PB&J's.
